Nolan PalusHead Band DirectorMr. Palus is a longtime resident of the Ooltewah/Cleveland area. After graduating from Ooltewah High School in 2015, he continued his music career at Lee University earning his Bachelors of Music Education in 2019. Mr. Palus was brought on staff as Assistant Band Director to the Bradley Band in 2020; he served in that role for 2 years before taking over as Head Band Director in 2022. He earned his Masters of Education from Western Governors University in 2024. Mr Palus is married to Daryn Palus, and they have one child named Oliver.

Ashley GarnerAssistant Band DirectorMiss Garner was a lifetime resident of Sherwood, TN. After graduating from Franklin County High School in 2016, she moved to Cleveland to study music education at Lee University. In 2021, Miss Garner earned her Bachelors of Music Education and Bachelors in Clarinet Performance. Miss Garner student taught with the Bradley Band in Spring of 2021 and was hired on as Assistant Band Director in 2022. Miss Garner received her Masters of Music in Clarinet Performance from Lee University in 2024.
